This section deals with the methodology being applied and what deliverables are required. It defines and clarifies what a successful outcome will look like to the client. It will include the main content and format of the report so that a peer reviewer can easily check that the modeller has delivered what the modeller promised. It will also consider what integrity checks need to be executed and report on. For example does the catchment run-off equal the outflow from the inflow boundaries? If it does not, then why not? Other aspects will include a critical task list that identifies at which point in the project the client and modeller meet and confirm the way forward. An example of this will be when the model is calibrated.
