Organise establishes the needs and expectation of the client.  It compiles the necessary project brief and incorporates the statutory framework and standards required to complete the work successfully.

The duty of Golovin is to interview the client and distil from them their core objectives so that it can be communicated to the modeller in the context of the wider project needs.

 The MPS communicates to the modelling consultant the type of people who will utilise the result, what skills and experience are expected and who will own the data and the final model and results.
